Salary
At TVHG we think it is important that you are rewarded well and fairly in the job you do. Your salary is determined on the basis of your position and experience, whereby we always observe the Catering CLA and use the reference positions from the CLA as a guideline.
Travel expenses and free parking
The daily commute is necessary to give our guests an unforgettable stay in our hotel. Financially, we understand that this is an expense that can quickly add up. To reduce this burden on the shoulders, all employees from 10 kilometers and over receive a daily travel allowance that can amount to 352 euros net per month.
Leave
Everyone is entitled to 25 vacation days with full-time employment. You use these days in consultation with your supervisor. It is important that you take your accrued days every year, so that you get sufficient rest. Well-deserved after all the hard work.
We celebrate success
Besides hard work, creating a positive culture with lots of teamwork and fun is important in our organization to achieve success. For example, we have an annual Christmas party, we celebrate promotions of colleagues, we have team outings, we unpack on your birthday and at least twice a year you are in the limelight at our 'appreciation week'.
Retirement
TVHG is affiliated with Pensioenfonds Horeca & Catering (PH&C) where you build up your monthly old-age pension. This is part of the income you have to live on after you retire, and we think that's important!
