My journey with The Vincent Hotel Group began in 2021 when I joined as a Front Office Supervisor at Holiday Inn Express Sloterdijk. What started as an exciting opportunity quickly became a journey of growth, learning, and taking on new challenges.

Originally from Pakistan, I moved to the Netherlands in 2013 to pursue my studies and graduated in 2017. Alongside building my life in a new country, I also started developing my hospitality career. I began working as a Receptionist and gradually progressed into broader operational and leadership roles, including Duty Manager and F&B Manager. These experiences gave me a strong foundation across different areas of hotel operations and strengthened my passion for hospitality.

At TVHG, I was fortunate to be given opportunities to develop and grow. In October 2023, I was promoted to Operations Manager at Holiday Inn Express Schiphol, expanding my experience in hotel leadership and operations. In March 2024, I moved back to Holiday Inn Express Sloterdijk, where I continued contributing to the team’s success.

Between November 2024 and January 2025, I had the opportunity to support and lead the operations of HIEX South. This experience gave me valuable leadership exposure and strengthened my operational expertise.

In February 2025, I reached an important milestone when I was given an opportunity to be a General Manager in Rotterdam. Looking back, moving from Pakistan to the Netherlands as a student and progressing from Front Office Supervisor to General Manager has been an incredible journey.

My story reflects how TVHG creates opportunities for growth and development, and I am proud to continue building my career within the organization
