As Quality Manager you are the expert in the rooms and F&B department. You motivate and enthuse your colleagues, set and achieve targets with the team, and you ensure that all guests are taken care of with the biggest smile and ensuring the quality of our product. As a member of the management team you report directly to the hotel manager. Because we work with small (management) teams at Holiday Inn Express, you will be (jointly) responsible for:
- Managing, guiding, inspiring and training employees
- Setting up, optimizing and guaranteeing work and quality procedures, as well as periodically carrying out checks on this
- Routine checks of the front office and public areas
- Implementation of the total personnel policy including:
- Drafting/approval of schedules
- Duty shifts
- Responsible for all the incoming reservations
- Training, guiding and motivating employees
- Ensuring quality throughout the whole hotel
- Connecting ALL teams
