As Front Office Agent you are the face of our hotel. You make the first contact within the hotel from the moment you welcome our guests to the moment they leave. You check in guests, give them information about the hotel and what the beautiful city has to offer and how to get around. You will be dealing with guests of different nationalities, so your language skills will come in handy here! You ensure that nothing is missing for our guests and with your good service you ensure that our guests want to come back again.
As a Front Office Employee you are the centre of the hotel and responsible for all work that takes place during the morning and evening shift. These duties and responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent service to our guests
- Handling questions and complaints
- Speaking to and checking in the guests
- Check-out of guests and the financial settlement
- Providing information and service to guests, such as: providing general and tourist information, information about public transport and restaurants
- Handle various administrative tasks, such as answering emails from guests or travel agents, checking reservations and sending invoices.
