As Chef de partie you know how important your appearance is. You make sure that all operations in the kitchen run smoothly. You are the one who makes the changes to the menu and comes up with new recipes. During your shift, you see to it that safety, health and safety, HACCP and work and performance methods regulations are carried out correctly.
An overview of your work:
- You will coordinate an efficient preparation process;
- You order supplies from suppliers;
- You agree on prices and delivery terms with suppliers within guidelines;
- Discuss the variable menu with the F&B Manager;
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations;
- Implementing human resources policies for a kitchen of 8-10 employees;
- Safeguarding and ensuring a pleasant working atmosphere;
- Assessments and performance of employees;
