As Dishwasher/Steward At 5:45 a.m. you make sure the dishes are ready for use during breakfast. During breakfast used crockery comes in all the time, you make sure everything is clean and ready to use right away.
After breakfast is over you start the final operations. You make sure the floor and machines are completely clean again. You see that you have just enough time left to empty the garbage cans. Before you know it, it's time to go home with a good feeling.
As Dishwasher/ Steward Your responsibilities also include:
- Machine cleaning of dishes, cutlery and kitchen materials;
- Keeping floors clean from kitchen and breakfast restaruant;
- Manual cleaning of kitchen materials, floors and workbenches;
- Regular cleaning of refrigerators and freezers;
- Identify machine defects and report to the Deputy Manager;
- Order matrials, empty trash cans and ensure the cleanliness of the trash depot
- Be attentive to breakage and waste materials and crockery;
- Compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
