As an F&B intern, you will be responsible for delivering an F&B experience with a smile during various shifts. You will be deployed in breakfast, behind the bar as well as in service. You will help expand the current F&B concept and enjoy both guest contact and preparing small dishes independently.
An overview of your work:
- Friendly reception and welcoming of guests;
- Serving guests;
- Prepare and serve simple a la carte dishes;
- Preparing mise en place for breakfast or dinner;
- Self-prepare simple orders (pour drinks, prepare small dishes/snacks etc.);
- Preparing and maintaining the breakfast buffet;
- Suggesting and explaining food and drink;
- Prepare beverages and take orders behind the bar;
- Cleaning duties;
- Clearing tables, stewarding, cleaning restaurant;
- Preparing for the next day;
- Inventory Management;
